Feed pricing is based on website traffic. Pricing is set for the one-year contract and reevaluated upon renewal.
You must have a contract to post our feeds on your website. Pricing starts as low as just over a dollar a day (based on website traffic).

Would you like to publish one of our articles in your company newsletter?
We offer digital ePrints, which are electronic reprints suitable for use in electronic newsletters. If you are distributing a hard copy newsletter, you would need reuse rights.

PDF Digital ePrints
PDF Digital ePrints are for use on your website & via email, not for print distribution.
Your article will be customized at no additional charge (include your logo, contact information, additional photos, etc.) and emailed to you as a PDF.
- ePrint licenses are a one-time fee per article, per company.
- The license gives you the right to post the provided PDF to your website and distribute via email.
- Our copyright does not permit article posting or distribution without licensing.
- You do not need to renew the license each year.

Hard Copy Reprints
You will receive a proof of your reprint and be able to make changes before it goes to press.
- Regular reprints are press printed on 100# glossy stock*.
Reprints ship approximately 1 week after the proof is approved and payment is received.- 100# glossy stock is brighter, shinier and 2 1/2 times thicker than our magazine page stock.
- Quick Prints are laser printed on 70# matte stock* and ship in as little as 3 days after proof approval and payment receipt.
- 70# matte stock is slightly thicker than traditional copy paper stock.
Rush service is available for an additional fee.

Having trouble determining how many pages your reprint will be?
Here’s how:
- Count the total # of pages the article spans, excluding full page ads (include cover if you are reprinting the cover story)
- Subtract the amount of space the ads are taking up
- Round up to 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8
Example 1: article spans 4 pages, there are 2 half page ads
4 pages – 1 page total of ads= 3 pages. Round this up to a 4 page reprint – this also leaves you with a full page for your own ad, additional photos, incorporation of the magazine cover, etc.
Example 2: article spans 3 pages, there are 2 half page ads, 2 quarter page ads
3 pages – 1.5 pages of ads = 1.5 pages. Round this up to a 2 page reprint – this leaves you with a half page of space for your own ad, company message, additional photos, etc. We can also simply reflow the text and leave some balanced white space without any additional filler.

FAQs
Q: Will the ads be removed?
A: Yes, we remove all ads.
Q: Can I add photos? What about my company logo & contact information?
A: Yes, we can add photos, your logo, your contact information as well as any additional text you desire. Provided these additions do not force the reprint into additional pages, there is no extra charge.
Q: There’s an error or has been a change since the article was printed, can you fix that?
A: Yes, we can make those changes. We can also add additional information if you desire.
Q: Is there any charge for changes?
A: No, alterations are included in the price.
Q: Will I see a proof before it’s printed?
A: Yes, you will see and approve a proof before the job is ever sent to press.
Q: Can you bill me?
A: We can send you an invoice, but the job must be prepaid before the job is produced.
Q: Is shipping included?
A: No, shipping is not included in the price shown. Upon checkout you will be given shipping options, including using your own UPS or FedEx account #. Of course there is no shipping charge for digital ePrints.
Q: What exactly is a digital ePrint and can I use it to make my own prints/reprints?
A: A digital ePrint is a custom PDF file that comes with the right to post the article on your website and distribute it via email – many companies include ePrints in their digital newsletter. The ePrint does not give you the right to make your own prints for distribution or reprints – you would need to purchase hard copy reprints for that purpose.
