Q: Will the ads be removed?
A: Yes, we remove all ads.
Q: Can I add photos? What about my company logo & contact information?
A: Yes, we can add photos, your logo, your contact information as well as any additional text you desire. Provided these additions do not force the reprint into additional pages, there is no extra charge.
Q: There’s an error or has been a change since the article was printed, can you fix that?
A: Yes, we can make those changes. We can also add additional information if you desire.
Q: Is there any charge for changes?
A: No, alterations are included in the price.
Q: Will I see a proof before it’s printed?
A: Yes, you will see and approve a proof before the job is ever sent to press.
Q: Can you bill me?
A: We can send you an invoice, but the job must be prepaid before the job is produced.
Q: Is shipping included?
A: No, shipping is not included in the price shown. Upon checkout you will be given shipping options, including using your own UPS or FedEx account #. Of course there is no shipping charge for digital ePrints.
Q: What exactly is a digital ePrint and can I use it to make my own prints/reprints?
A: A digital ePrint is a custom PDF file that comes with the right to post the article on your website and distribute it via email – many companies include ePrints in their digital newsletter. The ePrint does not give you the right to make your own prints for distribution or reprints – you would need to purchase hard copy reprints for that purpose.
